What to Expect From Our Hollywood Location

Both forms of TMS treatment are safe, effective, and noninvasive. When you visit our Hollywood office for TMS therapy, you’ll sit in a comfortable chair where you can relax as your doctor places the treatment device on your head and begins emitting magnetic pulses. You’ll hear a clicking sound and feel tapping on your skull from the treatment device.

You’ll receive TMS treatment for a few minutes a day, five days a week, for four to six weeks. As a noninvasive outpatient procedure, you’ll remain awake for the duration of your treatment, and you can drive home immediately after.

TMS treatment is painless, but some patients experience discomfort or facial twitches. Possible side effects include insomnia, dizziness, memory loss, headaches and jaw pain. A seizure may occur in rare cases.
